TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By placing an order with BUYorCRY, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Seller
BUYorCRY, the natural or legal person who offers products to consumers at a distance.
Consumer
Any natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the seller.
Cooling-off period
The period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal (right of return)
The consumer's option to cancel the distance contract within the statutory period.
Day
A calendar day.

3. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to every offer from BUYorCRY and to every agreement concluded between BUYorCRY and the consumer.
By placing an order, the consumer declares to agree to these terms. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing in advance.
4. Prices and payments
All prices on the webshop are displayed in euros (€), including 21% VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
Any shipping costs will be displayed separately during checkout.
Payment is made via the available and secure payment methods offered during the checkout process.
Orders for which full payment is not received may be automatically canceled.
5. Shipping and delivery
For detailed information on shipping, delivery times, and delivery conditions, please refer to our "Shipping & Delivery" page. This page forms an integral part of these terms and conditions.
6. Cooling-off period and right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days after receiving the order without giving any reason.
The consumer must notify BUYorCRY within this period. Subsequently, the consumer has another 14 calendar days to return the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the model withdrawal form available on our website can be used.
More information about the return procedure can be found on our "Return Policy" page, which forms an integral part of these terms.
7. Statutory warranty
All consumer goods are subject to the statutory conformity guarantee of 2 years, as provided in the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
If a product proves not to be in conformity with the agreement, the consumer has the right to repair or replacement. If this proves impossible, the consumer may be eligible for a reasonable price reduction or dissolution of the agreement.
The consumer must report a defect to BUYorCRY within a reasonable period after discovering it.
The warranty does not apply to:
normal wear and tear;
damage caused by incorrect use;
damage caused by alterations or repairs carried out by the consumer or third parties.
8. Force majeure
BUYorCRY cannot be held liable for delays or non-fulfillment of obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These include, but are not limited to:
production problems;
supply problems;
transport delays;
strikes;
technical malfunctions;
other unforeseen circumstances at BUYorCRY or its suppliers.
9. Complaints
We strive to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.
Images are for illustration purposes only. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or image quality. Minor color differences do not constitute grounds for a complaint.
No rights can be derived from obvious printing or typing errors.

10. Applicable law and disputes
All agreements between BUYorCRY and the consumer are exclusively governed by Belgian law.
Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts.
