Stappenplan

  1. Aanmelden: Stuur een e-mail naar info@buyorcryshop.be.
  2. Formulier: Vul het bovenstaande formulier in en voeg het toe aan je pakket.
  3. Verpakken: Zorg dat alle kaartjes aan het item zitten en gebruik de originele verpakking.
  4. Verzenden: Verstuur het pakket naar: BUYorCRY BV, Boonmarkt 23, 2220 Hallaar, België.
  5. Afhandeling: Zodra ontvangen, storten wij binnen 7 werkdagen het bedrag terug.

RETURN POLICY

Not in love with your purchase?

No worries. You have a legal right to a 14-day cooling-off period. Please read the information below carefully to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

Cooling-off period

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Within this period, please inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase via:

  • the model withdrawal form;

  • email;

  • Instagram DM.

After this notification, you have another 14 calendar days to actually return the items.

In what condition should the items be returned?

You may unpack and try on the items as you would in a physical store.

We kindly request that you return the products, where possible, in their original condition, including labels and packaging. This helps us to process the return faster.

The absence of labels, the opening of packaging, or briefly trying on a garment does not in itself constitute a reason to refuse a return or limit a refund.

The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

What should you include with your return?

Preferably, include a copy of your order confirmation with the return package. This was sent to you by email after your order.

Be sure to also check your spam or junk email folder.

Don't have a printer? No problem. Then include a note with:

  • your name;

  • your order number;

  • the items you are returning.

How to return an item?

You choose a carrier yourself and create a shipping label yourself.

The costs for the return shipment are at the customer's expense.

Insufficiently franked or unpaid returns cannot be accepted.

Refund

Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will inspect the returned items.

If the return is correctly received, we will refund the purchase amount via the same payment method used for the original order.

The refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than within the legal period of 14 days after receipt of the return shipment.

Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Free shipping

Was your order shipped for free because the order amount was higher than €100, but this amount drops below this threshold due to the return?

Then the standard shipping costs of €5 will still be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

For reasons of hygiene and health protection, the following items cannot be returned:

  • earrings;

  • jewelry (if part of a set, this applies to the entire set);

  • socks;

  • underwear;

  • headwear.

In addition, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that were custom-made or personalized according to the consumer's wishes.

Legal guarantee

In addition to the right of withdrawal, you always benefit from the legal guarantee on consumer products.
