SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders can only be placed through our webshop. Every order is carefully packed and shipped.

Shipping

For our shipments, we work with Sendcloud, with bpost being our primary shipping partner. Depending on the destination, dimensions, or weight of the package, another carrier may be used.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a track & trace code so you can easily follow your package.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping within Belgium: €5

  • Free shipping for orders over €100

Paid shipping costs will not be refunded upon return.

Delivery Area

We deliver standard within Belgium and the European Union.

Do you live outside the EU and still wish to place an order? Please contact us in advance via Instagram DM to discuss the possibilities and any shipping costs.

Delivery Time

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible after receipt of payment.

The stated delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier's workload or other circumstances beyond our control.

A delay in delivery does not entitle you to cancel the order or to compensation, except in cases of intent or legal exceptions.

BUYorCRY cannot be held liable for delays caused by bpost or other carriers.

Address Details and Receipt

The consumer is responsible for correctly entering the delivery address.

Any additional costs incurred due to incorrectly entered address details are for the consumer's account.

If a package is not collected in time at a collection point and is therefore returned to us, we can resend the package after payment of the additional shipping costs.

No Pick-up Possible

BUYorCRY only works with shipping.

It is not possible to pick up orders at our location.

During Shipping

We pack every order with the utmost care to prevent damage during transport.

From the moment the package is handed over to the carrier, the execution of the delivery lies with this carrier.

BUYorCRY cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or damage to a package during transport by the carrier.
